Tahini Halva is a Turkish dessert, the main ingredients of which are tahini, sugar, gypsophila (baby's-breath) juice and vanilla.
Based on the variety, cocoa, pistachios, mastic, honey and walnuts would be added. It is known to have been discovered 700 years ago by Hasan Basri Efendi in Denizli.
